For many years however, there have been some excellent Emerald gems coming out of Bahia, Brazil. A few years ago, a good friend in Brazil brought us a parcel of these interesting and unique Emerald and Quartz combination stones. Sometimes crystals of Emerald are found frozen in Quartz and not fully crystallized, so the locals had a great idea
