Works with both MH and HPS bulbs and has an external breaker system to protect against power surges. Extremely high frequency with a soft start program to allow multiple ballasts to start at the same time. There are four settings: 150w, 250w, 400w and 400w super lumens. Runs on 230 volt power, 50 or 60 hertz, 1 year warranty.
